Ongoing Education

When you work with American Church Group of Alabama, you have access to a team of trained professionals who provide customer service that is prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable.  We do this by:

  • Developing customer service leaders who have many years of experience in serving the needs of ministries.
  • Encouraging all customer service staff members to earn insurance industry designations.
  • Participating in regular in-house training meetings.
